Create new product prototypes for flavor promotion.
Update and search for new food and beverage trends, techniques, and knowledge for customer engagement.
Coordinate between Lab Applications and Sales.
Complete brief-related tasks and apply knowledge during the flavor selection, evaluagion and application development.
Lead evaluations of applications for briefs, research projects and portfolio evaluations.
Select flavors for projects according to specified requirements (i.e. customer, regulatory, legislation,cost) and suggest improvements for the most common applications.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers; will gain their trust and respect.
Maintain the flavor performance data for the flavor portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles.

ฺBachelor's degree or higher in food science and technology or related fileld.
8 year's experience in the flavor for food industry, flavor application, etc.
Knowledge of specific laboratory equipment, sensory analysis, food ingredients and raw material specific to flavors and associated areas.
Able to work proactively and under pressure.
Self-motivated, well organized, pleasant personality and able to work in a team.
Fluent in English, computer literacy, and knowledge of the food industry area.
