Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and functions. Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional specifications.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams to ensure understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Documentation: Document requirements, process maps, and data models effectively and clearly so they can be easily understood by stakeholders across the organization.
• Solution Design: Analyze business problems and evaluate proposed solutions based on feasibility, user impact, and alignment with product vision or project scope. Provide input on how to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project & Product Management: Provide support for project management activities, including planning, backlog management, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Testing: Assist in developing testing and implementation plans. Participate in testing to validate that the solution meets the business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder requirements and project scope changes, provide solutions to their business needs, and address functional queries from the development team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or any related field.
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, functional specification writing, project management, or related skills
• Experience in project-based implementations and/or product development lifecycle (SaaS, ERP, or similar platforms)
• Exposure to or understanding of industry domains such as manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, or retail is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset
• Experience creating detailed documentation, reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders
• A track record of following through on commitments and delivering results
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
