QA Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Test Case Development and Execution: Develop, execute, and manage manual/automated test cases using testing tools like Cypress or similar software.
• Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze product requirements to create effective test cases including data integrity testing.
• Test Case Refinement: Continually refine test cases based on changes in product requirements and user feedback.
• Issue Reporting and Resolution: Help escalate and investigate issues from users and use bug tracking tools to report bugs and interface with the development team to help resolve these issues.
• Documentation: Log, document, and help resolve discovered defects. Maintain records of test results, and generate historical analysis of test results.
• Project Coordination & Reporting: Assist Project Manager in the creation and management of the overall project schedule and provide timely and accurate feedback to the PM and stakeholders about the testing status.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure thorough testing of modules and quality throughout the software development lifecycle

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Software Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and understanding of ERP business processes.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills  to effectively interact with the development team and stakeholders.
