Systems Engineer (Fortinet)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Implementation, Configures, Administrator and maintains IT infrastructure and its components.
• Understand IT infrastructure technologies and landscape (hardware, midrange, security, network, etc.)
• Performs incident, problem and escalation management for own area of responsibility.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
• Introduce new technology and solutions to improve work process.
• Work with support team to resolve technical issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role in IT infrastructure.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with F5 products and networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, and Layer 4-7 networking.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and F5 cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
