System Engineer (ประจำขอนแก่น)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Deliver projects implementation to clients
• - Install, configure, test and maintain operating system
• - Understand IT in Product of Network & Security
• - Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
• - Work with TAC support team to resolve technical issues.
• - Arrange document processes and prepare service reports for customers Requirements
• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication, or related fields
• - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Engineer , Network Engineer
• - Experience in implementation or operation support roles
• - Strong desire to learn about product of network security
• - Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• - Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment
• - Strong service mind with excellent communication skills
• - Flexible and easily adaptable
