Systems Engineer (F5)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Implementation, Configures, Administrator and maintains IT infrastructure and its components
• Understand IT infrastructure technologies and landscape (hardware, midrange, security, network, etc.)
• Performs incident, problem and escalation management for own area of responsibility
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
• Introduce new technology and solutions to improve work process.
• Work with support team to resolve technical issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in network/application security, load balancing, or F5 solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, GTM, APM, ASM, AFM, iRules, and iApps.
• Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSL, DNS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, iControl REST API, Ansible).
• Understanding of security concepts (DDoS mitigation, OWASP, TLS/SSL).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
