Mold Production Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Overall Control as below and report to Department Manager; Mold Fabrication Process such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Milling, Grinding, Gun drill, Fitting, Assembly / Engineering: Engineering, IPQC and Polishing / Production Control of Mold
• Set and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’s KPI
• Monitoring and Achieve Production Target & Sale Target
• Production meeting & follow up production progress
• Propose action to improve Quality System
• Improve the Product Quality and Achieve Quality Target
• Communication and solve the problem about quality issue to concern persons
• Manage all subordinate to perform quality standard
• Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / quality and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction
• Attend the meeting / conference with customers to settle quality issue
• Monitoring the document control (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control Plan, …)
• Monitoring Internal Audit, Third Party Audit, Customer Audit, Supplier Audit
• Budget and Expense Control
• Cost Reduction in Mold Department and Cost Negotiation with supplier
• Follow Company policy meeting and support activity
• Follow Up employee about company rules & regulation and take disciplinary action
• Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 5S, ISO Management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Science or any related field
• At least 7 years in Mold Fabrication / New Mold Making / Mold Production Process of Die Casting
• Good communication in English both verbal and written communication
• Position requires a matured professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality
