Finance Operation Associate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Process payments from company system to event organizers (payouts) for their ticket sales, with correct deductions of all applicable fees and expenses
• Process refunds to ticket buyers for canceled or postponed events, with correct deductions of all applicable fees and expenses
• Provide period-end reports for outstanding payouts, outstanding refunds and outstanding amounts to be collected from event organizers
• Coordinate with the Accounting team to provide them data necessary for accurate corporate accounting
• Create and update reports for important numbers to track for payouts and refunds, including:Payout amounts Fees collected Uncollected refund advance
• Assist Field Operations team for in-event cash management services when needed
• Assist Event Management team for event-related reimbursements
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting a related technical field
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or related roles
• Proficiency in spreadsheet (MS Excel/Google Sheet) working with financial records
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Basic understanding of corporate governance, check and balances, and control processes
• Ability to manage time and prioritization of work tasks
