Import Customer Service

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Follow up the import information with Sales, Oversea agent and Customer(consignee)
• Coordinate and follow up pre-alert from Oversea agent
• Submit import data to Co-loader/ Shipping line timely
• Follow up shipment schedule and update to related party
• Check cost and prepare payment to the Co-loader/Shipping line
• Release delivery order to customer/importer/customs broker
• Follow up shipment status until arrived at customer address
• Follow up Quotation from Sales and Issue Invoice to customer
• Check DN/CR and key in system
• Summary job and close to Account Dept.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Business Management, or any related field
• Male or Female, age 25-30 years old
• Have 3-5 years of experience working in importing goods in the Freight Forwarder business.
• Service mind, Positive attitude, Responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivation and teamwork
• Understand and able to reading, writing and speaking in English (Chinese is a plus)
