• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Client Assistance: Meet customers at the district office to assist with marriage registration processes, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
• Documentation Support: Ensure that all necessary documents are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform other customer service-related duties as required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Thai is required. Proficiency in English is highly beneficial.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-Oriented: A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
