Translation Project Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Receive new jobs and set up translation tasks on Asana
• Assign work to external translators (based on language, urgency, and workload)
• Occasionally translate documents in-house (only for short or urgent jobs)
• Review and finalize translated documents into clean, client-ready PDFs
• Send completed translations to customers and manage revision requests, Print, stamp, and certify final documents
• Create DHL envelopes and track outgoing deliveries
• Send the final digital copy and DHL tracking number to customers
