Sales Manager [Jewelry Company]

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage the sales team, overseeing both domestic and international clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Plan and schedule sales activities for the team efficiently.
• Identify target markets and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term sales growth.
• Supervise and ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male / Female , Age 32 years and above. Not over 50 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in international trade or the jewelry business (special consideration will be given).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets. Positive thinking.
• Fluency in English and Thai is required.
• Chinese at a basic level or higher.
