หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Whistleblowing Management Manage the company's integrity reporting channels, receive and handle complaint and whistleblowing cases, and ensure proper case registration, updates, and end-to-end tracking. Regularly analyze investigation data and prepare reports to support compliance and decision-making.
• Case Investigation Conduct independent investigations based on complaint leads and work assignments, and issue professional investigation reports. Follow up on the entire case- handling process to ensure all cases are properly resolved and closed in a timely manner.
• Integrity Awareness & Training Lead integrity awareness initiatives by developing written and multimedia materials, designing tailored training programs, and organizing training activities. Promote a culture of integrity while strengthening company-wide risk prevention and oversight mechanisms.
• Supervision & Prevention Analyze business and financial data to identify fraud risks and control gaps, conduct investigations and lead verification, develop targeted improvement plans, and monitor corrective actions to ensure effective resolution.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male, Aged 28-40, Bachelor's degree and above (Law, Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Criminology, or related fields.)
• Experience in leading companies in Thailand including companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), Logistics, E-commerce, Retails, or leading organization are preferred (5 years and above)
• Good command of English such as reading, writing, listening, and speaking (Chinese is a plus due to Manager and Group coordination)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of SQL, data analysis
• Team leadership, strong understanding of business operations, fraud risk management, and legal/compliance frameworks.
• Willingness and ability to travel outside headquarters to regional locations to conduct fraud assignments; a valid driving license and ability to drive are neccessary.
