Network Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and implementation of network infrastructure projects.
• Assist with rack installation, structured cabling, device labeling, and equipment relocation in data centers
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for customers, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Perform network installation, migration, testing, commissioning, and cutover activities.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues to ensure system stability.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers, vendors, or regional support teams when necessary.
• Work closely with project managers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC), product testing, and technical demonstrations when required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good communication skills in English.
• Applicants must have their own laptop.
• Ability to travel when needed
• Basic understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, Wireless LAN, and Network Security.
• Exposure to enterprise wireless solutions, firewalls, virtualization, servers, storage, or HCI infrastructure will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of network automation tools, scripting, or basic programming is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
