Develop Functional Test Programs o Design and develop functional test programs for server motherboards, mini cards, and all new products, ensuring reliable testing processes for all machines.
Manage Test Exceptions on Production Lines o Handle and resolve test abnormalities occurring on production lines in a timely and effective manner.
Optimize Testing Solutions o Continuously enhance testing strategies to improve yield and testing efficiency.
Prepare Test Documentation o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to testing procedures and processes.
Maintain Test Systems and Network Stability o Ensure the test systems and network remain stable and function at optimal performance.
Support Customer Complaint and Quality Issues o Provide support in resolving customer complaints and addressing product quality issues.
Train and Mentor New Personnel o Provide training and guidance for new staff, including test engineers, maintenance technicians, and test operators.
Special Requirements Analysis & Software Development o Conduct analysis of special requirements, prepare related documents, perform software development and debugging, as well as provide maintenance and technical support.
Generate Reports and Analysis o Compile work reports, project summaries, problem analysis, and continuous improvement documentation.
