Maintenance Engineer Support Line Production

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Repair and maintain electronic circuit boards (PCBA) using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons.
• Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot circuit board defects by reading circuit diagrams, analyzing fail logs, and using test scripts.
• Accurately and safely install and solder electronic components onto circuit boards.
• Train Thai staff in technical skills to enhance job performance according to industry standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth production processes.
• Prepare reports on analysis and repair results for presentation or documentation.
• Work in shift rotation and adapt to production requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Excellent command of both Chinese and Thai languages
• Capable of training Thai staff to enhance their technical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with clear thinking and logical reasoning
• Proficiency in common office software applications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a 2-shift rotation system to meet production requirements
