Design solution, installation and support customer’s system or IT infrastructure.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Monitor and test hardware and software performances for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work among SE team members to knowledgeable those fixes.
Provide On-the-job training and configuration documents to customer.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues.
Provide corrective and preventive maintenance within SLA time limited upon technical support agreement.
Report operation and progress to the Technical Support Manager on regular basis.
Project leader and team leader.
Implement VMware technology solutions for virtualization, networking, and storage infrastructures to meet business requirement.
Provide technical support to customers, tier 1 engineer and stakeholders.
Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends.

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
At least 3 years of experience in System/Network engineering field.
Strong background of providing and consulting on IT system implementations.
Good expert knowledge in Virtualization technology such as Nutanix, VMWare, Enterprise Backup technology.
Having certificate on Nutanix , Microsoft and VMWare will be an advantage.
Having knowledge with Nutanix and VMWare platforms will be an advantage.
Having knowledge with containerization and orchestration: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes will be an advantage.
Management skill, Service mind, Good team player, Problem solving, Logical thinking, Hardworking, self-reliant, proactive, good attitude, self-confident, and control under work pressure.
Good command in English, communication skill and analytical skill
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or any related field
Eager to learn new technologies
Experience working with multiple hardware and software Vendors such as DELL, HP, NetApp ,VMware, etc.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
