Production Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations
• Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards and meet production targets
• Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the production workflow, implementing solutions to improve productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of production with other business units
• Provide training and guidance to production personnel, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, costs, and inventory levels
• Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 5 years up of experience in a production supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills, both in English and Thai, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of production management software
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
