Production Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and control production processes to ensure efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery in accordance with production targets.
• Analyze and improve production processes (e.g., SMT, DIP, PCBA) to reduce defects and increase productivity.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare and maintain production-related documents such as Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Control Plans, and standard times.
• Monitor and analyze production data, trends, and key performance indicators using statistical tools (e.g., 7 QC Tools).
• Support compliance with international quality standards such as ISO 9001,and ISO 14001.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years up of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in SMT, PCB assembly, or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services).
• Strong understanding of production processes and automatic machinery in electronics industry.
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ERP systems, MES, and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technical skills and production technologies.
