Marketing Executive & Social Media Content

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and assist in day-to-day marketing operations.
• Assist in creating content calendars, captions, artwork briefs, and post scheduling.
• Capture content on-site (photos/videos), and coordinate with designers or video editors.
• Monitor trends and suggest creative ways to engage the target audience.
• Respond to messages, comments, and manage community engagement.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and launch campaigns (online/offline).
• Assist in writing newsletters, website content, and product descriptions.
• Track performance of content/posts using insights & analytics.
• Coordinate with hotel teams and affiliates for updates and content planning.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Thai).
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Positive attitude, a team player, and willingness to learn.
