หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring all requisition forms, employee movement statistics, and new hire documentation are accurately maintained.
• Ensure optimal manpower allocation to support business operations effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding programs for all new staff members.
• Promote a positive work environment in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits across all organizational levels.
• Participate in job-matching and salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation structures, providing recommendations to top management.
• Collaborate with line managers to implement HR processes and role profiling effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective partnerships.
• Proficient in HRM practices, planning, organizing, and strategic foresight.
• Mature, customer-service oriented, with a positive attitude and resourcefulness.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms is a plus
