หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Coordinate between customers Customs government agencies and various shipping line agents
• - Contact coordinate and prepare documents for Shipping.
• - Receive documents from Sales or customers to check for accuracy (B/L, Invoice and Packing
• - Contact and coordinate with customers to request additional information about imported products check the customs tariff of the product from the database.
• - Print draft forms and prepare work packages.
• - Contact and coordinate with Shipping, shipping lines, and customers.
• - Other tasks as assigned
• - Can make Documents : BL / DO / Enter BL / . ** Will be given special consideration **

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Management or any related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
• Strong Import - Export both Operations and Customer Services.
• Good computer skill.
• Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.
• - Can make Documents : BL / DO / Enter BL / . ** Will be given special consideration **
