หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• * Serve as the primary operational contact for key customers.
• * Ensure timely communication regarding shipment status, schedule changes, and operational issues.
• * Resolve customer complaints and operational escalations professionally.
• * Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and business partners.
• * Oversee the complete ocean export process from booking to final shipment departure.
• * Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.
• * Monitor vessel schedules and proactively manage shipment delays or disruptions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• * 2-3 years of experience in ocean freight export operations within the freight forwarding industry
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems (CargoWise, SAP, ERP, or TMS).
• * Good command of written and spoken English.
