Sales Representative / Business Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Market Development & Client Acquisition: Actively identify and develop potential clients in Thailand and those with import/export needs (e.g., manufacturers, trading companies, cross-border e-commerce businesses).
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets, including revenue, profit, and client acquisition goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Understand client needs deeply, provide end-to-end professional services from inquiry, solution design, booking, to follow-up, and establish long-term, stable partnerships.
• Quotation & Solution Development: Collaborate closely with operations and shipping departments to prepare competitive sea freight, air freight, and integrated logistics quotations and solutions for clients.
• Market Analysis: Collect and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support company decision-making.
• Company Representation: Actively participate in industry events to promote the company’s brand and services.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Diploma or higher in International Trade, Logistics Management, Business English, or related fields preferred.
• Experienced Candidates: 1+ years of sales experience in international freight forwarding, familiar with sea/air freight operations, and preferably with an existing client base.
• Fresh Graduates: Motivated fresh graduates with a strong passion for the logistics industry and quick learning abilities are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Thai (native level). Strong communication skills in Chinese or English (written and spoken) are a significant advantage, enabling effective business communication with clients or overseas agents in regions such as China, Singapore, Europe, and the Americas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales drive and self-motivation, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Familiarity with major Thai ports (e.g., Laem Chabang Port, Bangkok Port) and import/export procedures is preferred.
• Personal Attributes: Integrity, proactiveness, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
