QA Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Establish and transfer product quality requirements/criteria to company inside such as inspection criteria, ORT plan etc.
• Participate in ECN review, approval and implementation follow up
• Lead team to drive the solution of internal and external product quality and quality related problem
• Lead the line qualification of general and Copy line, line/site changes
• Prepare related FAI/MSOP/outgoing report according to customer's requirement
• Co-work with PQM to deal customer complaint
• Compile weekly or monthly reports and follow up corrective/preventive actions
• Lead products LQ ,prepare LQ MIL and implemented corrective action to meet yield target.
• Perform MES related system control configuration and verification
• Any other duties that supervisor assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree preferred in Electronic or mechanical engineering
• At least 2 years’ working experience in quality control/management
• Familiar with project quality plan, new product introduction or project manangement
• Familiar with FPCB/FPCBA/CCS fabrication, SMT manufacturing and quality engineering are preferred
• Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, SPC,PPAP,MSA ,Minitab and FMEA and control plan
• Knowledge with RoHS, ISO9001 or TS16949
• Good English & chinese communication in both spoken and writting
• Good computer skills like Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Familiar with IPC series standards (IPC-610, IPC-6013 and IPC-TM-650 etc)
• Good team player and have the experience in handling customer
