Project Accountant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to the Accounting Supervisor or other project managers as required
• Review budgets, including staffing, work plans, and fee structures
• Provide project managers and clients with timely financial reports and budgets, as well as project forecasts
• Prepare pre-billing reports for project managers to review
• Prepare actual costs, working capital, and tax reports
• Monitor receivable income and supporting project managers with collections
• Issue invoices and purchase orders, as well as pay consultant, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills
• Ensure a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner
• Update contracts according to client requirements and report associated budget amendments
• Other jobs assigned by the Project Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree or above in accounting, or similar
• 0-5 years of experience as a project accountant, or similar
• Ability to report to the Accounting Supervisor and other project managers
• Advanced proficiency in managing general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Ability to prepare project budgets, financial forecasts, and tax reports will be an advantage
• Experience in project invoicing and billing
• Good at MS Excel
• Good communication skills toward effective collaboration and client services
• Experience in engineering project will be an advantage
• Good English speaking or Chinese speaking will be an advantage
• New graduates are also welcome
