HR Operations Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes through HR systems and internal communication channels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and related documentation.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate and timely HR data.
• Assist in organizing company events, internal activities, meetings, and communication sessions.
• Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment and maintenance of benefit records.
• Monitor and manage office stationery and supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels at all times.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or related HR functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic command of both spoken and written English.
