Productions Supervisor (DIP/SMT)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Supervise and control the wipe process and inventory management on the production line.
• Ensure output targets and quality standards are met according to the requirements of each section.
• Manage team leaders and operators to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly work targets.
• Enforce discipline and maintain 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all production reports are properly completed, followed, and regularly updated.
• Support and participate in activities related to KPI (Key Performance Indicator) improvement.
• Motivate team leaders and operators to continuously improve their work performance and processes.
• Ensure all operators strictly follow standardized work instructions.
• Take responsibility for additional tasks assigned by higher-level supervisors or management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SMT operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong knowledge of SMT processes, inventory control, wipe control, and quality management systems
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, guide, and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills to ensure production goals and targets are achieved
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for report preparation and data analysis
• Familiarity with 6S, Kaizen, and KPI systems is an advantage
• Able to work in shifts and handle work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and improve continuously
