เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมการผลิต (Production Control Officer – Chinese Skill)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and control daily/weekly production schedules in accordance with the Master Production Schedule (MPS). 根據主生產計劃（MPS）規劃與控制每日／每週的生產排程。
• Utilize the ERP system to manage production planning, monitor work orders, and track production progress. 使用ERP系統管理生產計劃、監控工單並追蹤生產進度。
• Coordinate with the Material Control department to verify the availability of raw materials and production supplies. 與物料控制部門協調，以確認原物料及生產用品的可用性。
• Monitor and verify inventory levels to ensure alignment with production plans. 監控並確認庫存水平，以確保與生產計劃一致。
• Track and report production status, analyze arising issues, and propose corrective actions. 追蹤並回報生產狀況，分析所發生的問題，並提出改善措施。
• Collaborate in adjusting production plans in case of emergencies, such as material shortages or equipment breakdowns. 在緊急情況下（如原料短缺或設備故障）協助調整生產計劃。
• Prepare related reports and documentation, including production reports, material inventory reports, and delay analysis. 編製相關報表與文件，包括生產報告、物料庫存報告與延誤分析。

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Graduated from Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in production planning, production control, or material control.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Able to work under high pressure and good attitude
• Able to communication skills in Chinese (reading / writing / listening and speaking)
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
