หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage full-cycle E-Visa and Work Permit processes under BOI
• Prepare and submit documentation to BOI, IMD, and immigration authorities
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewals
• Coordinate appointments with employees and accompany them to relevant offices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal regulations
• Support targeted recruitment: posting job ads, initial screening, coordinating interviews
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain and update internal HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate with accounting, legal, and other departments for administrative matters

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality
• Resident of Phuket
• Minimum 1 year of experience in BOI visa and work permit coordination, IMD or immigration-related work
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Valid driving or motorcycle license and access to personal transportation
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Able to work in a multinational environment and handle multiple tasks independently
