Building Maintenance Technician

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide full technical support for the two new buildings (electrical systems, HVAC, water supply & drainage, BMS).
• Develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan (PM).
• Supervise external contractors and accept completed works.
• Monitor energy consumption and propose cost-saving measures.
• Maintain technical documentation; ensure fire-, electrical- and occupational-safety compliance.
• Join the on-call duty roster for rapid response to emergencies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality
• Diploma / degree in a relevant field (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, etc.).
• 3+ years’ experience operating commercial or hospitality facilities.
• Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems; confident with BMS.
• Ability to read technical drawings, keep maintenance records, and use Microsoft Office.
• English at B1 level or higher (daily work with an international team).
• Proactive, reliable, willing to cover on-call shifts when required.
