Indoor Sales Executive (Construction Equipment Rental Industry) Urgent

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Conduct aggressive cold calls to potential clients in the construction and equipment rental industry.
• • Generate new leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
• • Attend the first client meeting together with the sales team to assist in closing new orders.
• • Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and follow-up activities.
• • Collaborate closely with outdoor sales staff to ensure smooth handover of new clients.
• • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• • Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead conversions, and sales performance.
• • Represent the company in a professional and customer-oriented manner at all times.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in construction equipment rental or related industries.
• • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• • Confident, persuasive, and articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• • Good command of Thai; English or Chinese proficiency is an added advantage.
• • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
