Country Manager – Thailand

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Thailand business operations.
• • Manage and oversee branch operations in Bangna and Chonburi to achieve sales, rental, and service targets.
• • Drive business development initiatives, expanding market share within the construction equipment sector.
• • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to deliver strong performance and customer service excellence.
• • Ensure operational efficiency, compliance with company policies, and effective cost management.
• • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
• • Report directly to regional/global management, providing updates on performance and strategy.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai nationality with excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• • Proven leadership experience in the construction equipment sales and rental industry.
• • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop strategies and execute effectively.
• • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and rental targets.
• • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• • Ability to travel between branches and with customers as required. What We Offer:
