Senior Engineering

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Leading and manage project of new food factory set up for both design phase, construction phase as well as commissioning test run phase base on 3 criteria which are time, quality and budget.
• Estimate and set up CAPEX for overall project and propose to MD/COO and management team
• Coordinate and procure for project main contractor or sub-contractor for machine, equipment and construction work by standard bidding process along project duration
• Manage the technical teams responsible to deliver projects, innovation, infrastructure and services to the site.
• Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets.
• Lead the innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options of design to manufacturing.
• Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as utility supply, energy, water treatment, waste water treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractors
• Coach and develop the technician team across the site on technical and technology issues.
• Work collaboratively with production manager and quality manager to improve site and line efficiencies and reduce waste.
• Lead the process safety agenda and ensure regulatory compliance, being the competent person on site for a range of duties.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality (Male) at least 30 years with minimum Bachelor's degree or advanced in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Food Engineer or related to Engineering field.
• More than 3 years of total experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance management from related Food, FMCG or Consumer goods product, including Team Management, New Plant Set Up and Project Management experience is a MUST.
• Familiar with Food Processing Process such as bakery process, ready to eat process, automatic packing, and factory operation including utility, water treatment and waste water treatment is a Plus / Strong knowledge and aptitude of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Track record of delivering results through their team using advanced manufacturing techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, TPM, Lean).
• Experience with managing delivery of capex projects and transformation within a factory environment to improve output and reduce waste
• Highly proactive, self-driven and self-awareness
• Good teamwork, project management, communication and presentation skill
• Proactive, high curiosity and eager to learn and improve
• Possess high learning agility to learn adapt to new skill and positive thinking
• Willing to accept and deal with challenges and is able to work under pressure
