Senior Accountant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Verify the transaction and documentation on payment and collection. • The month-end and timely closing process, which includes preparing and making journal entries and performing monthly balance sheet account reconciliation. • Examine the AP aging report. • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting information and report directly to the accounting manager. • Ensure that the company’s accounting and financials follow standard and legal accounting rules in the operation country. • The full scope of statutory filling and tax filling and ensuring tax compliance (VAT, WHT, CIT) and being a key focal point in dealing with the revenue department. • Support manager for annual and half year corporate income tax calculation preparation and review. • Reconcile the inventory balance in the inventory movement report with the general ledger on a monthly and yearly basis, or when required. • Reviewing fixed asset physical counts, preparing to write off asset lists, and monitoring and controlling the property/asset register and depreciation calculation sheet. • Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process. • Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide support when required by auditors. • Coordinate with other departments to enable an effective financial and accounting system. • Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, business, or a related field. • CPA licensure highly preferred. • CPD license or other international accounting qualifications are preferred. • At least 5 years’ experience in full spectrum accounting operation included closing tax reporting. • Prior experience in trading, distribution, and manufacturing companies is preferred. • Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint. • Committed team player with positive learning attitude and self-motivated. • 5 days’ work week. • Knowledge in Navision ERP Accounting System is preferred. • Good command of English.
