• Manage and optimize ads across all platforms, with the ability to analyze in-depth data and performance metrics.
• Conduct comprehensive Market Research, Customer Research, and Competitor Analysis.
• Develop and set Brand Direction and Marketing Communication Strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan Media & Communication Phasing effectively across campaigns.
• Create Content Pillars with examples for both short-term and long-term timelines (monthly or yearly). For yearly plans, a clear strategic direction is required.
• Develop Creative Content Ideas, including attention-grabbing headlines and informative details tailored to the target audience and campaign objectives.
• Able to brief graphic designers and creatives effectively. (Ability to design graphics independently is a plus and will be specially considered.)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Experience with E-commerce or Digital Marketing will be advantage
