Responsible

Provide technical support for products such as Battery Monitoring System (BMS), Battery and DC Power Systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via remote support and on-site visits
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of systems at customer sites
Assist Sales team in pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation
Analyze system faults and provide root cause analysis with corrective actions
Coordinate with HQ engineering team (DFUN Zhuhai) for complex technical issues
Prepare technical documentation such as reports, manuals, and service records
Conduct customer training and provide after-sales support

Qualification

Gender : Male

Age(Yr) : 18 ปีขึ้นไป

Education Level : Vocational - Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 1 - 2

other : New Graduated,Inexperienced

More qualification

Graduated in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
1-5 years of experience in technical support, service engineering, or related role is a plus
Experience in UPS, batteries, BMS, or power systems is highly preferred
Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, SNMP is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Able to work on-site and travel upcountry when required
