Project Engineer (Structure)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Site Supervision - Supervise and monitor day-to-day structural construction activities to ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, engineering specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Structural Inspection & Milestone Approval - Inspect, verify, and sign off on all critical structural milestones—including piling, foundations, ground beams, reinforced concrete (RC) columns, RC slab casting, and roof framing—prior to the commencement of architectural works, ensuring compliance with approved standards.
• Schedule & Cost Control - Monitor construction progress against the Master Construction Schedule, identify potential delays, and verify contractors' progress payment claims based on actual completed work and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Site Coordination & Management - Coordinate daily site operations among contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow, adequate resource allocation, compliance with safety regulations, and timely project execution.
• Technical Coordination & Problem Solving - Provide technical support by resolving structural engineering issues, reviewing site conditions, coordinating with design consultants, and implementing practical solutions to minimize construction delays and operational disruptions.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure all structural works comply with project specifications, engineering standards, applicable regulations, and quality control procedures. Conduct inspections, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions where necessary.
• Reporting & Documentation- Prepare regular site progress reports, maintain construction records, document inspection results, and communicate project status, key risks, and mitigation plans to the Project Director.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License (Associate Engineer or above) is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural construction projects, preferably in residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, reinforced concrete works, engineering standards, and relevant building regulations.
• Experience in supervising contractors, inspecting construction quality, and managing site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, structural calculations, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
