Quality Control & Site Inspection Conduct quality inspections to ensure construction, interior, and customization works comply with approved standards and specifications.
Project Coordination & Quality Resolution Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
Design & Brand Quality Compliance Ensure all works align with approved design intent and Tri Vananda’s luxury brand standards.
Reporting & Documentation Maintain inspection records, prepare quality reports, and track defect resolution for effective project monitoring.
Continuous Improvement Drive continuous quality improvement by identifying recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction quality control, site supervision, or luxury residential projects.
Experience in luxury villa, hospitality, or high-end residential developments preferred.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishing standards, materials, and construction methodologies.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Strong coordination and communication skills with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and inspection capabilities.
Familiarity with defect tracking systems, quality reporting, and digital project management tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inspections and reporting timelines.
