Finance Director – Health Resort Tri Vananda

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the Finance teams through pre-opening and operational stages, ensuring seamless system integration and compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, capital expenditures, and financial reporting for all departments.
• Oversee internal controls, cash flow, audit processes, and hotel asset tracking.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements, regulatory filings, and tax documentation.
• Coordinate cost management, payroll control, and revenue tracking aligned with CLP and ownership goals.
• Represent the Finance function on the Leadership Committee and support cross-departmental planning.
• Collaborate closely with GM, owning company, and regional finance leaders.
• Ensure financial and legal documentation, licenses, contracts,and insurance are up-to-date and compliant.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, CPA is preferrable
• TFRS, IFRS and USALI experience an asset
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, treasury management, ensuring Thai tax compliance and risk mitigation strategies

• Proven expertise in financial planning, risk management, investment strategy, and fund management.
• Extensive experience in financial management, including accounting and analytical financial reporting.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency; passionate of digital tools (BI, ERP etc.) implementation, maintenance and development
• Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in Asia-Pacific markets is a nice to have.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French a nice to have.
