Project Manager (Integrated Landscape Project)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Take full responsibility for on-site project management, ensuring project objectives for safety, quality, schedule, and cost are achieved
• Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including landscape planting, marble paving, road line marking, installation of site furnishings, and fence installation
• Prepare construction schedules, plan work sequences, and coordinate multiple trades to ensure smooth project execution
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers to ensure work is completed according to the project schedule
• Manage variation orders, site instructions, quantity verification, and project documentation for final completion and handover
• Control project costs, improve construction efficiency, and minimize rework and material wastage
• Monitor construction quality and organize inspections, testing, and corrective actions. Implement and maintain site safety and environmental management standards

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Landscape planting works
• Marble and stone paving works
• Construction scheduling and planning
• Subcontractor management
• Proven experience managing at least two integrated landscape projects independently
• Familiar with installation of site furnishings, such as benches, waste bins, outdoor fitness equipment, planters, signage, and other landscape facilities
• Proficient in AutoCAD,Microsoft Excel
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in landscape, civil, or building construction projects
• Solid knowledge of landscape planting and horticultural construction
