Account officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Make income and expense accounts for the organization, check the accuracy of accounting documents, record payments, receipts and financial transactions, make balance sheets and compile financial reports according to the specified period.
• Accounts receivable Responsible for debtors. In general, it may be responsible for issuing invoices, recording debtors, placing bills, managing checks from customers, recording debtor cuts, making debtor aging reports, making outstanding debtor summaries, making advance check reports, etc.
• Accounts payable Opposite to accounts receivable
• General ledger Oversee individual accounts to record correctly, record adjustments to items correctly, oversee all figures in the trial balance, etc.
• Asset accounting officer Oversees and records accounts and inspects the assets of the business, makes asset reports, records depreciation, etc.
• Tax accounting officer Take care of sending various tax forms such as Por Ngor Dor 1 2 3 53 54 1 Kor 2 Kor 90 91 Por Por 30 Por Por 36 Por Thor 40 etc.
• Responsible for reporting sales tax and withholding tax, purchasing tax reports, including sending various Por Ngor Dor forms.

• Female, age 20 - 40 years (Thai nationality)
• More than 2 years of experience in corporate finance will be given special consideration
• **Good communication skills in English and Chinese will be given special consideration**
• Familiarity with Thai tax laws and accounting systems and have CPD certificate
• Good communication skills and can work well under pressure
• Able to work 5-6 days per week, working days Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a day off according to the company calendar and Sunday is a day off)
