Overall maintenance and operation of facilities utilities and equipment, including HVAC, CDA, Power, Lighting, fire alarm system, rest rooms
Responsible for making arrangements in the inspection of facilities drainage system, septic tanks, and chemical sump pits
Routine electrical inspection of MDB, and transformers in all buildings
Arrange Annual Power inspections for all 3 buildings and supervise inspection contractor
Maintenance and weekly testing of cooling system for the HT process
Update spare parts/materials inventory records and prepare requests for standard spare parts and materials based on minimum stock levels and reorder quantities.
Support/assist other team members in installation, troubleshooting and repair of power related issues
Drainage/Sewage systems

Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Field
Working Experience: 5 Years minimum
Working Experience: Wastewater treatment system, Chiller system , Air Compressor system ,Water system , Utilities/equipment operation preferred
Good attitude and good communication
Good relationship and good personality.
A Preferred Energy Responsibility (PRE) certificate will be given special consideration. (Electrical)
