หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Provide management support to ensure production teams achieve their goals effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate training and development needs for production team members, ensuring access to appropriate courses and skill-building opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new products or processes, while continuously seeking improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Provide and encourage ongoing feedback to adapt quickly to both planned and unplanned business changes.
  • Oversee, review, and improve safety, health, and environmental (SHE) systems and procedures, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks in production activities.
  • Assist the Production Manager in leading and managing minor factory projects and provide technical input for major projects.
  • Monitor and analyze production process costs against budget, taking proactive steps to create value and enhance efficiency.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing.
  • Able to comprehend and confidently communicate in English, with strong Thai communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food processing units and equipment.
  • Service-minded, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
  • Proficiency in SAP is required.
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in supervising and managing production line teams.
