หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Understand Project Scope: Review and interpret project requirements and objectives to ensure clarity of expected outcomes.
  • Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS): Draft URS documents that outline required features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with hygienic design principles.
  • Consult and Evaluate Suppliers: Engage with 2–3 suppliers, analyze proposals, and provide recommendations based on capabilities, quality, and pricing.
  • Select Suppliers: Recommend the most suitable supplier(s), considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and long-term reliability.
  • Coordinate Contractors and Factory Activities: Organize and manage activities with contractors and factory teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time project delivery.
  • Oversee Installations: Monitor installation processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, hygienic design standards, and agreed timelines.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager, ideally in small CAPEX projects.
  • Strong knowledge of hygienic design principles and their application in projects.
  • Ability to independently interpret project scopes and prepare user requirement specifications.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of developing effective and innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier proposals and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
