หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead new line installation projects based on defined layouts, ensuring alignment with production, QA, and regional BD requirements.
• Act as the key technical contact for contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, advising on layout adjustments, equipment specifications, electrical systems, and facility requirements.
• Review and validate project scope, machine placement, utilities (low voltage, medium voltage, compressed air, water, etc.), and integration with existing plant systems.
• Provide clear guidance on what must be prepared when installing each type of equipment, covering both technical specifications and compliance with hygienic design standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors, regional stakeholders, and factory teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and acceptance tests, ensuring operational readiness.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including URS, WI, and acceptance criteria.
• Areas of Responsibility (1 position per area): 1. Loader / Unloader – Open to candidates with backgrounds beyond F&B. 2. Wet / Dry / Retort – F&B experience required. 3. Packaging – Open to candidates with backgrounds beyond F&B. 4. Electrical / Facility – Focus on low voltage, medium voltage, and utilities; open to broader engineering backgrounds.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in CapEx or production line installation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in equipment installation, layout planning, and utility requirements.
• Ability to work independently (no direct reports) while managing contractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to both internal and external teams.
• Familiarity with hygienic design principles is an advantage.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
