BOI Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Request BOI approval for machinery, raw materials, expansion or amendment of BOI privileges.
• Apply for exemption from import duty on machinery, raw materials, and import duty refund process.
• Apply for BOI approval.
• Coordinate with shipping companies for the import process of machinery, equipment, and raw materials.
• Prepare all documents and reports related to BOI concerns.
• Process for cutting material stock.
• BOI scrap according to the company's schedule.
• Coordinate with all related functions for smooth operation and problem solving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree Major in logistics, business administration or related fields.
• Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of BOI processes and regulations, import procedures and related documents.
• Good communication in English or Chinese.
• Computer proficiency in MS office and email communication.
• Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
• Creative problem solving.
• Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes.
• Leadership skills in managing warehouse and logistics teams.
