Facility&Utility Manager (English)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Fully responsible for facility management of the second factory, participating in site design planning, construction supervision, and later facility and equipment operations management.
• Involved in the design and planning of the second factory's facilities, supervising the construction process, coordinating, and resolving various issues that arise during construction.
• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of facility equipment to ensure the smooth operation of all systems.
• After production begins, manage and maintain the cleanroom and other factory systems to ensure smooth factory production operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Extensive experience in facility management, familiar with the operation and maintenance of various facility systems, and possess leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of facility management and operation and maintenance procedures of relevant systems and equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Experience in managing large factories is preferred.
• For the translation role, proficiency in Chinese, English, and Thai is required, with preference given to candidates proficient in Chinese.
