Senior Facility Engineer(PRE License)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support design & install of facility systems composed of HVAC, cleanroom, CDA system, wastewater, electrical, fire/life safety, and associated equipment.
• Lead facilities construction projects as assigned through all project management phases.
• Develop and monitor energy control and ensure energy efficient operations of all facility systems.(ISO50001 management system)
• Conduct routine inspection, maintenance and assessments of the facility systems operations.
• Perform tests and rounds with analysis of collected data to assure the proper function of equipment.
• Assist with scheduling of preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance with minimum disruption of building services.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and utilization of protective equipment. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, related to facility operations.
• Maintain relationships and ongoing communication with relative departments and outside resources.
• Assist with inventory control programs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Engineer license (Minimum Associate Engineer).
• Experience in electronics industries & Cleanroom protocol.
• Senior Personnel Responsible for Energy Required
• Electrical engineering license Required
