Job Description: • Coordinate with Operation team to design end to end solution to support customer according to project. • Work closely with Strategic Key Account Customer/AM to feed customer technical insight to develop account plan. • Provide an integrated project solution consult as one stop to existing and upside solutions. • Check list and control end to end deliverable to customer to ensure the project success and customer satisfaction. • Escalate customer’s requirement and feedback to product team for future development and improvement to fulfill customer needs and meet customer expectation. • Provide technical advice and clarification to customer enquiry. • Conduct proof of concepts and demonstrations as needed. • Sync project details to AIS internal stakeholders such as TAM, SS, PM, SAM and etc.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s of Engineering (Computer Engineer, IT, Tele-communication) • Experience 6-7 years of IT / Telecom / Data Communication Service / Pre-Sale or Post-Sale • Presentation skills and negotiation skills • Ability to deal with high pressure situation and priorities work accordingly • Strong understanding of broader information technology concepts. • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with solid track record • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set your own demanding expectations and exceed them • Must be organized and a self-starter, able to deliver high-quality work without a tactical oversight
