· Track system issue on daily monitoring and daily operation. · Ensure patch management and security measurement on platforms and applications. · Support Application team for internal application implement. · Apply security hardening to align with VA document from Security Team. · Tier 2 support from PC support team. · Work closely with Cloud Security Architect for security routine tasks and auditing. · Support User ID Management with ISEC, operation, PC support team. · Configure/Manage MS SCCM for software installation and system automation. · Manage, Maintenance, Monitoring, Development and Troubleshooting on Windows Servers and related application. · System Document Management (System Diagram, Process flow etc.) In charge of following projects Windows2012 Migration, Domain Migration, VA scan remediation, Azure Cloud Computing.

· Strong knowledge in Windows server administration. · Understand AD, GPO, site and service, DHCP, DNS, IIS, File server and Print server on Windows Clustering. · Good knowledge in Endpoint Protection (Trend Micro, MS Defender or Kaspersky). · Basic knowledge in VMware, Hyper-V Hypervisor. · Experience in core Azure services. · Basic understand with VDI architecture (VMware Horizon). · Basic TCP/IP and OSI 7 Layers. · Familiar with ITIL framework. · Proactive and service mind. · Good written and verbal communication skills
